## Description

* Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der SAP-Anwendungen im Bereich Customer Service
 * Analyse und Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen mittels Customizing und bei Bedarf ABAP-Anpassungen
 * Begleitung der Umstellung von SAP ECC auf SAP S/4HANA
 * Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Landschaft und an Transformationsprojekten
 * Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Unterstützung bei der Lieferantensteuerung
 * Planung und Begleitung von System- und Funktionstests
 * Dokumentation von Änderungen und Sicherstellung einer nachvollziehbaren Umsetzung
