## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
 * 4+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles
 * Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML development frameworks
 * Solid experience with Machine Learning algorithms, model training, evaluation, and optimization
 * Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies
 * Experience with frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar
 * Experience developing and integrating AI-powered applications, APIs, and services
 * Familiarity with Vector Databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering techniques
 * Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and AI services
 * Knowledge of MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and automation
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
 * German C1 level (Mandatory)
 * English B2 level or higher (Mandatory)

Nice to Have

 * Experience fine-tuning and deploying open-source LLMs
 * Knowledge of AI agents and multi-agent architectures
 * Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
 * Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Milvus
 * Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
 * Contributions to AI/ML projects, research, or open-source initiatives
