* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im strategischen Produktmanagement von B2B-Software, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld.
 * Mehrjährige disziplinarische Führungserfahrung von Mitarbeitenden.
 * Nachweisbare Erfolge in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung, Positionierung oder Neuausrichtung von Produkten.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Produktmanagement-Methoden, insbesondere Product Discovery, Roadmapping und Priorisierung.

 * Souveräner Umgang mit komplexen Stakeholder-Situationen und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing, Consulting und Engineering.
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsstärke sowie eine unternehmerische, hands-on Mentalität.
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1).
 * Nice-to-have: Erfahrung in Logistik, Supply Chain, Produktion oder Automotive sowie Kenntnisse in Optimierungsalgorithmen, Operations Research oder KI/ML.
