* Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Bezug zu Projektmanagement, IT oder technischem Umfeld.

* Projekt- und Business Support
 * Unterstützung unserer Projektleiter:innen bei IT-/OT-Projekten, Serviceleistungen im industriellen Umfeld.
 * Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Management-Reports, Kennzahlen und Präsentationen.
 * Unterstützung im Projekt- und Kostencontrolling und bei Businessplanungen.
 * Bereichsübergreifende Koordination
 * Schnittstelle zwischen Projektteams, Service, Vertrieb, Marketing und Geschäftsbereichsleitung.
 * Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Workshops, Kundenveranstaltungen, Messen und internen Strategieformaten.
 * Organisation von bereichsübergreifenden Meetings und Maßnahmenverfolgung.
 * Unterstützung bei Forecast und Unternehmensplanung.
