 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke gegenüber technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern
 * Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit in interdisziplinären Umfeldern sowie die Fähigkeit, Zusammenarbeit konstruktiv zu fördern

## Description

* Zentrale Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (u.a. Kunden, Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Entwicklung) im Kontext des horizontalen Food-Picking-Projekts
 * Systematische Einbindung von Feedback sowie konstruktiver Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Interessen und Zielkonflikten, insbesondere in einem neuen und agilen innovations- und auftragsübergreifenden Umfeld
 * Regelmäßige inhaltliche Abstimmung und Präsentation des Projektfortschritts in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand
 * Validierung von Anforderungen und Produktabnahme nach Entwicklungszyklen
 * Proaktive Identifikation, Strukturierung, Priorisierung von Bedarfen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Anforderungen im Hinblick auf Kundenmehrwert, Marktorientierung und strategische Unternehmensziele
 * Übergreifende Projektplanung inkl. Zeitplänen, Budgetierung sowie Risiko- und Ressourcenmanagement; Projektsteuerung in Bezug auf Zeit, Kosten, Qualität; Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung des Business Case
 * Koordination zwischen Teams/Abteilungen und Sicherstellung regelmäßiger, transparenter Informationen an alle Projektbeteiligten und Stakeholder
