 * Be an early applicant, * First-Level-Support für interne und externe Anwender bei IT-Problemen (Hard- und Software)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplätzen, Netzwerken und Endgeräten
 * Dokumentation und Weiterleitung von komplexen technischen Problemen an den Second-Level-Support
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Pflege von IT-Systemen sowie der Benutzerverwaltung
 * Schulung und Beratung der Anwender zu neuen IT-Systemen und Softwareanwendungen
 * Annahme, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen über Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem
