## About the Role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a data analytics, data modeling, or data engineering role
3+ years proven experience with:
Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud
SQL for data querying and transformation
Data storytelling and UX/UI principles
Version control tools (e.g., Git)
Snowflake, dbt, or other data stack tools
Preferred
Familiarity with other BI Tools
Exposure to AI-powered analytics or integration of machine learning models into dashboards (e.g., predictive insights, natural language querying)
Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, GxP)
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
Ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organisation
Proactive mindset with a passion for data visualisation and user experience

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualisations that empower data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
