## About the Role

* Strong commercial experience in Data Engineering
 * Excellent SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
 * Experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows
 * Strong understanding of data modelling principles
 * Exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud-based data platforms
 * Experience building scalable, production-grade data solutions
 * Comfortable working in a collaborative, stakeholder-facing environment
 * Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative or technical discipline

Desirable experience:

 * ClickHouse
 * dbt, DLT, Dagster, or similar modern data tooling
 * Semantic modelling or semantic layer development
 * SaaS environments
 * Healthcare or regulated industry experience
 * Dutch language skills, or an interest in learning Dutch

The Role
You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives., * Building and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines and ETL processes

 * Developing analytics-ready datasets and semantic data models
 * Designing robust data architectures within Microsoft Azure
 * Supporting the creation of a new semantic data layer for reporting and analytics
 * Working closely with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
 * Improving data quality, performance, governance, and reliability across the platform
 * Contributing to best practices, tooling decisions, and future data engineering standards
 * Supporting the evolution of the wider data landscape and future AI initiatives
