## Description

* Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams.
 * Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex M365 issues and perform root cause analysis.
 * Manage tenant configuration, service health, licensing, and platform optimization.
 * Support Conditional Access, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and compliance initiatives.
 * Develop automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and M365 APIs.
 * Troubleshoot Azure AD/Entra ID, on-prem AD, and Exchange hybrid environments.
 * Support M365 projects, migrations, documentation, and technical standards.
 * Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
