 * 1+ year of solid customer service communications.
Degree: High School diploma required. Associate degree or technical institute
degree/certificate preferred.

## Description

NTT DATA''s Client is currently seeking a Desktop Services Technician / Customer Support to join their team in Englewood, Colorado (US-CO), United States (US)., * Imaging desktop and laptop PC workstations.

 * Packing and Shipping desktop and laptop PC workstations to remote new users.
 * Assist remote new users with initial login access to new devices. Interact with the
customers in a courteous and professional manner.

 * Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management
system.
