Rather than acting solely as a meeting facilitator, you will serve as an active, embedded member of the team-helping navigate technical challenges, coaching on Agile best practices, and driving continuous delivery through data. Key Responsibilities Agile Facilitation & Coaching: Lead 2-week Scrum sprints, gap-week planning sessions, and standard Agile ceremonies following guidelines. Flow Metrics & Analytics: Track and optimize core performance metrics, including cycle time, throughput, work-in-progress (WIP), and work aging. Jira & Delivery Management: Maintain strict Jira hygiene across the hierarchy (Stories * Epics * Capabilities * Initiatives) to ensure high data integrity and visibility. Process Improvement: Actively work toward organizational OKRs, including targeted cycle-time reductions for feature work and maintaining ideal WIP-to-throughput ratios.
