What is more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: * Military Experience. In this position, you will play a lead role in providing billable Client Advisory Services engagements through strategic analysis and product demonstrations. Develop and maintain effective client relationships for ADPs Major Accounts Advisory Services Clients. Provides support to the Client Advisory Services Organization through expertise of ADP HCM Services and Solutions. To thrive in this role, you will develop relationships with clients through building rapports to establish trust and credibility with the user community and key stakeholders., * Consult. You will increase client retention by identifying and delivering HCM solution optimization recommendations customized to fit specific business needs of the client. * Configure. You will perform needs analyses with client practitioners and key stakeholders in the areas of payroll, time and labor management, human resources, information technology and related financial systems to determine necessary optimization or customizations and develop strategic recommendations. * Train.
