Education Requirements: * Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Other Required Skills & Abilities: * Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Security Clearance Requirements: Secret Clearance, * Hardworking Individuals: If you're someone who takes initiative, loves a challenge, and is committed to excellence, you'll feel right at home here. ## Description The Readiness & Operations Analyst provides operational readiness analysis and decision-support services to Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic (COMNAVSURFLANT) in support of Force Generation initiatives. The position applies Navy operational and staff experience to analyze Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, Ordnance, Networks, and Infrastructure (PESTONI) readiness data; identify readiness trends, gaps, barriers, and risks; and develop analytical products and recommendations that support Surface Force readiness and senior-level decision making.
