 * Experience developing or implementing governance frameworks, controls, or regulatory compliance processes
 * Experience managing workstreams or project teams across cross-functional stakeholders
 * Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
 * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

 * Experience with Trustworthy AI, AI governance, model validation, or AI regulatory risk management
 * Experience serving clients in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry
 * Experience supporting proposals, account planning, or revenue growth activities
 * Experience with operations, compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, risk management, case management, or data management systems
 * Experience with process design, workflow development, user acceptance testing, data mapping, data migration, or analytics
 * Experience translating regulatory or risk requirements into user stories or product requirements

## Description

As a Manager, AI Governance on the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, you will be responsible for:

 * Leading delivery of Trustworthy AI risk workstreams, including generative AI, agent model validation, and AI regulatory sensing, for Deloitte member firms and external clients in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry
 * Advising client and internal stakeholders on AI risk management, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including escalation of complex matters to senior leaders when appropriate
 * Developing and implementing AI governance frameworks, controls, and operating procedures that address fairness, transparency, privacy, and regulatory compliance across the AI lifecycle
 * Managing engagement execution, including workplans, stakeholder communications, issue resolution, quality review, and coaching of team members
 * Contributing to market activation through proposals, client materials, industry insights, and knowledge sharing across Trustworthy AI, corporate compliance, and business ethics offerings
