This role handles Tier 1 and Tier 2 network issues, supports network expansions and hardware refreshes, manages circuits, and collaborates with engineers to maintain a reliable and secure network environment. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with enterprise networking technologies, and the ability to work independently while partnering effectively with the Network Engineering team.
