Desired Skills and Experience * Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CCZT, CRISC, or CGEIT. * Experience working in large, global enterprise environments with complex identity and security requirements. * Expertise in modern identity governance and administration practices. * Experience implementing and optimizing Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, phishing-resistant MFA, and privileged access management solutions. * Experience evaluating emerging security technologies and managing strategic vendor relationships. * Demonstrated success driving security transformation initiatives through automation and process optimization.
