Communication / People Skills: Ability to influence or persuade others under positive or negative circumstances; Adapt to different styles; Listen critically; Collaborate. Computer Literacy: Ability to function in a multi-system Microsoft environment using Word, Outlook, TriWest Intranet, the Internet, and department software applications. Technical Skills: Knowledge of the technology impacts on business strategic direction enabling definition and integration of scrum processes supporting the enterprise business functions; Knowledge and expertise in Agile methodologies and tools; Experience with product/solution/system processes; Knowledge of MicroSoft software; Knowledge of HP enterprise products and services: Knowledge of data communication and network architectures, design, and support; Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Project Server, Visio, and SharePoint Services; Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence tools. ## Description The Scrum Master facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review and iteration retrospectives ceremonies. As such will coordinate with the ePMO and Product Owners to align with business priorities and facilitate sprint releases. Directs and organize cross functional scrum teams to ensure all defined features are delivered on time, as committed.
