Technical & Professional * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and customer service orientation. * Experience with system analysis, design methodologies, and the SDLC. * Knowledge of application testing methods (functional, performance, security). * Familiarity with AI/ML tools (hands-on experience is a plus). * Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, BetterCloud). * Understanding of data integrations, APIs, and databases (Webhooks, Postman, etc.). * Ability to troubleshoot complex integrated systems. * Experience with Agile project management tools (ClickUp, Smartsheet). * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ManageEngine ServiceDesk). * Working knowledge of Office 365 suite administration. * Experience in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries.
