This is a true system administration role. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience administering and configuring WFM or Time & Attendance systems and possess a strong understanding of system concepts-not simply experience with workforce modeling or end-user functionality. The WFM Systems Administrator will serve as the primary system administrator and data steward, partnering closely with Payroll, HRIS, Human Resources, Operations, and other departments. The role will be responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, audits, compliance, upgrades, testing, documentation, and user support.
