## Description

* Provide production support for business-critical applications, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
 * Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using .NET and Angular.
 * Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
 * Build and maintain SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
 * Support and maintain applications hosted in Microsoft Azure.
 * Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
 * Collaborate with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
 * Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Ensure timely communication of issue status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
