## Description

A premier global technology enterprise is seeking an experienced Lead SAP MES Consultant to serve as the primary US technical and functional lead for site-wide digital transformation initiatives., * Site Leadership: Act as the primary technical lead, functional liaison, and operational voice for the US plant digitalization.

 * Requirements & Design: Facilitate interactive business process workshops; convert shop-floor requirements into functional specs for SAP DM/DMC.
 * Partner Alignment: Oversee external system integrators to evaluate technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with global architectural standards.
 * Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with global Enterprise Architects to deploy and execute localized core system frameworks.
 * Integration & Adoption: Connect plant-floor operational technology (PLCs, OPC-UA, SAP PCo) with SAP S/4HANA/ERP engines while steering site-level change management and hypercare.
