 * AWS experience.
 * Tableau, QuickSight, or other dashboarding/reporting tools.
 * Experience supporting large-scale distributed environments.
 * Exposure to warehouse automation or fulfillment technologies.

Work Environment

 * Remote deployment support environment.
 * Requires coordination with global teams.
 * Deployment activities often occur during EU operating hours.
 * Mix of deployment execution, configuration planning, ticket management, production support, and cross-functional collaboration.

## Description

We are seeking a Robotics Support Engineer to support large-scale robotic deployments across fulfillment center operations. This role will be responsible for robot configuration management, software deployments, migration activities, production support, and post-deployment monitoring within a complex automated environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong Linux administration experience, SQL proficiency, and a background supporting infrastructure, automation, robotics, or data center technologies.

Responsibilities

 * Configure robotic systems for deployment across multiple operational environments.
 * Execute software package deployments and migration activities.
 * Analyze and audit operational datasets using SQL.
 * Review and triage low-severity support tickets.
 * Develop configuration schedules and deployment plans.
 * Validate configuration changes prior to production releases.
 * Monitor deployments and provide post-implementation support.
 * Troubleshoot Linux-based systems and infrastructure issues.
 * Collaborate with engineering and operational teams during deployment activities.
 * Maintain documentation and operational procedures.
