Technical and Analytical Skills: * Proficiency in Unified Modeling Language (UML) for documenting system architecture. * Ability to solve complex problems creatively and anticipate issues with software designs or specifications. * Excellent interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships, collaborate with team members, and communicate technical concepts clearly. Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 5 Years of Integrated Eligibility/Healthcare domain experience. Experience developing reports submitted to federal agencies. (SNAP/TANF/Medicaid) * Design, Develop, Maintain, and support of various database-driven reporting initiatives Strong Data Validation, Quality Assurance, and Referential Integrity skills * Experience with Enterprise Workflow Management Tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow Advanced Understanding to Data Visualization Technologies such as Tableau Certifications and Agile Practices: * Oracle certification(s) are a plus. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, XP, and Kanban. Web and Front-End Development: * Experience in XML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (such as JQuery, AngularJS, NodeJS, or React) for web development. Industry Knowledge: * Experience with environmental regulatory processes is beneficial. * Understanding of the client's technical environment will be advantageous. * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science with 8 -10 years of relevant experience ## Description Onsite required.
