You'll be responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing the Windows infrastructure that underpins the trading platforms and corporate services. Working alongside infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams, you'll play a key role in delivering highly available, low-latency, enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, and support enterprise Windows Server infrastructure. * Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and PKI environments. * Manage Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, and IIS. * Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), and hybrid cloud environments where applicable. * Build, maintain, and improve automation using PowerShell. * Manage VMware infrastructure and virtual server estates. * Maintain enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. * Monitor infrastructure health and proactively resolve performance or availability issues. * Implement security best practices, patch management, and vulnerability remediation. * Support high-availability systems with minimal downtime. * Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. * Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and out-of-hours maintenance where required.
