Overview

We're looking for a Senior Interaction Designer to help shape intuitive, consumer-grade experiences for business applications. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to lead UX efforts across the product lifecycle-from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

 * Design end-to-end user experiences for web-based productivity tools.
 * Partner with product managers to enhance UX for supply chain/distribution solutions.
 * Create wireframes, prototypes, and final design specs.
 * Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability.
 * Collaborate with engineers to implement designs.
 * Influence design standards and ensure brand consistency.
 * Evaluate features using usability heuristics and best practices.
