They're now looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to spearhead the build of a new greenfield AdTech platform that will power their ambitious growth into new markets, including sports, US expansion, and beyond. Expect to work at pace, deploy to production multiple times a day, and see your impact immediately. What you'll do * Take ownership of a greenfield AdTech platform, setting technical direction and shaping architecture. * Lead and grow a small, high-performing engineering team (with multiple hires planned after your first 1-2 months). * Work hands-on with Next.js, Node, TypeScript (plus Strapi CMS and cloud functions in JS/Python). * Drive engineering excellence with test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable design patterns. * Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to solve high-traffic, B2C challenges.
