What You'll Be Doing: * Take ownership of escalated technical support tickets from 2nd line. * Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across server, network, and cloud environments. * Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure SLAs are consistently met. * Maintain detailed documentation and update support queries in real time. * Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services, processes, and documentation.
