These roles are key to ensuring scalability, stability, and performance assurance during dual-run operations and peak demand cycles. The Roles Performance Test Lead You will own and drive the end-to-end performance engineering strategy, leading testing across complex, business-critical systems. This includes defining SLAs/NFRs, managing stakeholders, mentoring teams, and ensuring readiness for go-live through robust performance validation and sign-off. Performance Tester / Engineer You will play a hands-on role in designing, executing, and analysing performance tests, ensuring systems perform under real-world and peak loads. This includes scripting, execution, monitoring, analysis, and supporting defect resolution across integrated systems.
