This is a varied, hands-on role with exposure across multiple areas of IT and technology operations, including: * Day-to-day IT operations and user support * Employee onboarding and offboarding (devices, accounts, access) * Working with our managed service provider on support requests and escalations * Supporting and improving internal business applications * Coordinating with external technology partners, AI vendors, and developers * Supporting DevOps workflows, project boards, documentation, and roadmaps * Assisting with automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives * Supporting technology projects from planning through to implementation * You'll be encouraged to get involved in system improvements, process design, and the rollout of new technology across the business.
