Capability to support agile project teams by providing advice & guidance on opportunities, impact & risks, taking account of technical & architectural debt., * Familiarity with information management practices, agile manifesto, system development life cycle management, IT services management, infrastructure, operations, information security & ITIL frameworks. * Proven ability to understand how business & technology interacts, and to document appropriate solutions at high & low levels depending on requirements. * Knowledge of business ecosystems: SaaS, Infrastructure as a service (IaaS), Platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices & event-driven IT. * Expertise in designing & delivering in an MS-Azure technical environment. * Excellent understanding of application development methodologies, infrastructure & network architecture. Demonstrate exposure to new & emerging technologies as well as a range of processing environments. * Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation & negotiation. * Strong leadership & influencing skills. * Excellent analytical & technical skills. * Data processing, analysis & design for best practice data management. * Excellent written & verbal communication skills, combined with planning & organizational skills. ## Description Responsibilities: * Successfully signed-off solution design documentation. * Successfully implement solution designs. * Creating well-structured design & delivery decisions. * Programme colleagues see you as the person who clearly explains how solutions will work within the context of the entire programme scope & architecture.
