Responsibilities:

 * Provide end-to-end IT support across a dynamic trading floor and wider business
 * Manage Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and MDM with Jamf
 * Deploy and maintain MacOS and Windows desktops, laptops, hardware, and software
 * Troubleshoot audio-visual equipment to ensure seamless operations
 * Tackle high-priority technical issues in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

 * 3+ years of IT support experience in a fast-moving industry
 * A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Jamf, Active Directory, and device deployment
 * A keen desire to learn, grow, and develop within a top-tier trading firm
 * Identity Access Management with Okta
