## Description

* Verantwortliche Koordination, Planung und Durchführung von Teilprojekten mit Schwerpunkt DokMBw sowie Tätigkeiten im PMO Umfeld
 * Verantwortliche Abbildung und Pflege des Teilprojekts in MS-Project, MS SharePoint und Atlassian Jira
 * Verantwortliches Teilprojekt-Controlling in Bezug auf Termine, Meilensteine Anforderungen, Liefereinheiten, Mitwirkungshandlungen und Budget
 * Verantwortliches Management von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen, Konfigurationen und Risiken im Teilprojekt
 * Verantwortliches Stakeholder-Management sowie Management von Ziel- und Interessenskonflikten
 * Gremienarbeit, Kommunikation und Berichterstattung
 * Administrative Tätigkeiten (u.a. Terminkoordination und -durchführung, Qualitätssicherung, Mitarbeiter On- und Offboarding, Listenpflege und -abgleich)
 * Erstellung von Vorgabedokumenten für das Teilprojekt
 * Unterstützung bei Sonderthemen der Projektleitung
