## Description

Verantwortliche Koordination, Planung und Durchführung von Standard-Projektprozessen gemäß PM@BWI, SAP Activate Methode und PM@TEK Methode (agiles Vorgehensmodell) * Verantwortliche Abbildung und Pflege der Arbeitspakete, Meilensteine, Abhängigkeiten in MS-Project, MS SharePoint und Atlassian Jira

 * Verantwortliches Controlling in Bezug auf Termine, Meilensteine, Anforderungen, Liefereinheiten und Budget
 * Verantwortliches Management von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen Risiken
 * Verantwortliches Stakeholder-Management sowie Management von Ziel- und Interessenskonflikten
 * Gremienarbeit, Kommunikation und Berichterstattung
 * Administrative Tätigkeiten (u.a. Terminkoordination und - Durchführung, Qualitätssicherung, Mitarbeiter on- und Offboarding, Listenpflege und - Abgleich)
 * Erstellung von Vorgabedokumenten und Templates
 * Administration und Standardisierung des Projekt-Dokumentenmanagement Systems - SharePoint
 * Entwicklung und Erstellung von diversen Projekt-Reports aus MS-Projekt, Jira, SAP Tools
 * Unterstützung bei Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung
