Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint and Excel Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms. A team player with a high level of dedication Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress work environment. Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events. ## Description To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. * Sales Operations - Support the management of the sales process, goals, targets may include compiling lists of prospective customers to provide sales leads to follow-up, in order to achieve strategic goals. * Client Relationship Development - Evaluate and present new business opportunities by assessing potential revenue, long-term value, and alignment with organizational capabilities. * Reporting and Forecasting - Maintain sales database and prospect lists. Prepare reports of business, including sales, bid tracking (lost and pending) and pipelining new reports. * Cross Functional Collaboration - Partner with vertical administration leadership to ensure information in HubSpot is current and comprehensive. Work with and develop productive business relationships with corporate partners, including but not limited to FM Corporations, Public Institutions and related Industry Leaders * Strategic Planning - Generate bids while working in conjunction with the Operations Regional Management. Respond efficiently to RFP's while working in conjunction with the Operational leadership teams. * Growth - Meet or exceed sales quota within the required time period as identified by leadership., Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
