## About the Role

* Strong functional SAP HCM Payroll experience.
 * In-depth knowledge of German payroll, statutory requirements, and payroll processes.
 * At least one end-to-end SAP Payroll deployment.
 * Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
 * SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification is preferred.
 * Candidates located in Germany are strongly preferred.

## Description

We are seeking an SAP Payroll Functional Consultant for German payroll deployments. The consultant will support SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects, ensuring quality delivery through go-live., * Lead/support client workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and documentation.

 * Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll for Germany.
 * Support data mapping, cleansing, transformation, migration, and data-security requirements.
 * Define payroll integration requirements and support integration workshops and documentation.
 * Perform functional testing, resolve defects, support UAT, cutover, go-live, and transition to support teams.
 * Support project scoping, solution design, estimates, and change requests where needed.
 * Follow SAP Activate/FastTrack implementation methodology.
