* Ansprechpartner_in für Mitarbeitende bei IT-Fragen und Störungen (First-Level-Support)
 * Einrichtung, Wartung und Pflege von PCs, Laptops, Druckern, Smartphones und Tablets
 * Benutzerverwaltung und Rechtevergabe (z. B. Active Directory)
 * Installation, Updates und Lizenzverwaltung von Software
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Sicherheit, Backups und Datenschutzmaßnahmen (DSGVO)
 * Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Inventarlisten
 * ggf. Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten (z. B. Einführung neuer Systeme oder Cloud-Lösungen)
 * Unterstützung bei der Pflege, Konfiguration und Montage unserer elektronischen sowie mechanischen Schließsysteme
