Aufbau, Optimierung und Skalierung von CRM- und Email-Workflows

Entwicklung von performanten Kampagnen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey (Lead * Conversion * Retention)

Operative Umsetzung von Kampagnen (Segmentierung, Versand, Testing, Reporting)

Weiterentwicklung unserer Automatisierungen (Lifecycle, Nurturing, Re-Engagement, Upsell)

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing und Operations

Verantwortung für Datenqualität, Segmentierung und CRM-Struktur

Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung relevanter KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, Revenue Contribution)

Entwicklung neuer Ideen, Formate und Growth-Ansätze im Email & CRM Marketing
