## Description

* Sicherstellung des reibungslosen 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports über eine IT-Service-Hotline, Einrichtung und Pflege von neuem IT-Equipment (Drucker, PCs, mobile Endgeräte, etc.)
Kommunikation über Telefon, E-Mail, Chat, etc.
Teilnahme an Meetings, Telefonkonferenzen, Online-Trainings, etc.
Dokumentation und Kommunikation von Prozessen sowie Änderungen an der Client-IT-Infrastruktur und Software-Rollouts
Umbauarbeiten an der IT-Infrastruktur (Serverräume, Schaltschränke, Verkabelung, etc.)
Betreuung und Überwachung der Client-Infrastruktur
