 * Be an early applicant, * Infrastruktur im Griff: Du verantwortest die Verwaltung, Weiterentwicklung und den reibungslosen Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur auf Basis von Windows Server und Hyper-V im Team.
 * Systemadministration: Du übernehmst die Administration von Active Directory, Azure/Microsoft 365, den Storage-Systemen sowie der Warenwirtschaft (aktuell Sage ERP, zukünftig MS Dynamics 365 BC).
 * Projektarbeit: Du planst und migrierst zukunftssichere IT-Projekte (z. B. Cloud-Migrationen, Filial-Modernisierungen).
 * Support & Hardware: Als empathische Ansprechperson im Second-Level-Support hilfst du Kollegen verständlich weiter und bereitest neue Hardware vor.
 * Software- & Dienstleistermanagement: Du führst neue Software ein, behältst das Lizenzmanagement im Blick und steuerst externe Dienstleister im Eskalationsfall.
