* Du hast schon Automatisierungen gebaut, mit Tools wie Power Automate, Make, n8n oder Zapier, gern auch mit Skripten (Python oder PowerShell). Wie lange du das schon machst, ist uns weniger wichtig als das, was dabei herauskommt.
 * Du arbeitest bereits mit KI-Werkzeugen und hast Lust, damit echte Abläufe zu bauen statt nur zu experimentieren.
 * Du kennst Microsoft 365 aus Anwender- und idealerweise aus Admin-Sicht; Erfahrung mit Geräte-Einrichtung ist ein Plus.
 * Du bist hands-on: Entwickeln, Admin-Aufgaben und Büro-Organisation sind für dich kein Widerspruch, sondern eine Rolle.
 * Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und diskret und kommunizierst klar auf Deutsch.
 * Du bist vor Ort in Grünwald bei München.

## Description

* Backoffice automatisieren: Du findest wiederkehrende manuelle Abläufe (Postbearbeitung, Dokumente, Datenpflege, Reporting) und ersetzt sie durch Automatisierungen, Skripte und KI-Workflows (Claude Code und vergleichbare Tools).
 * Von der Anforderung zum laufenden Ablauf: Du nimmst Anforderungen aus dem Team auf und setzt sie schnell in funktionierende, verlässliche Lösungen um. Prototyp heute, produktiv diese Woche.
 * IT-Administration: Du verwaltest Benutzer und Lizenzen in Microsoft 365 und bist erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Alltagsfragen im Team.
 * Geräte-Management: Du richtest Laptops und Hardware ein, gibst sie beim Onboarding aus, nimmst sie beim Offboarding zurück und hältst den Bestand sauber dokumentiert.
 * Standort Grünwald: Du übernimmst Post, Empfang, Terminorganisation und allgemeine Sekretariats- und Office-Tätigkeiten und hältst damit Team und Geschäftsführung den Rücken frei.
