Engineer-In-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Current or previous nuclear operations experience, license or certificate (i.e. SRO, RO) preferred. Five or more years relevant engineering experience is required. Nuclear power plant engineering experience is preferred. Successful completion of a nuclear plant systems training program (such as the twelve-week concentrated programs offered by NSSS vendors) may be considered equivalent as one year nuclear power plant experience., Good leadership, decision-making, communication and human relations skills are required. After preliminary review, selected applicants must take the First Line Supervisor Test and obtain a recommended status in order to be eligible for additional selection procedures (e.g., interview) designated for this position.
