Requirements * At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network operations with strong knowledge of routing, Layer 2, and Layer 3 switching. * Proven experience working with Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, wireless solutions, and network monitoring platforms. * Background supporting VoIP environments and Cisco telephony systems, including Cisco CallManager and related voice infrastructure. * Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, Ethernet, VLANs, QoS, Wi-Fi, and IP routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF. * Experience troubleshooting complex network issues using tools and methods such as traceroute, packet captures, and traffic analysis. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Cisco certifications are highly preferred, and additional networking coursework or industry credentials are valued. * Prior experience in banking or financial services technology environments is strongly preferred. This position focuses on resolving complex infrastructure issues, maintaining reliable connectivity, and improving the performance of critical network and voice systems.
