This position applies advanced expertise in Cisco networking technologies, routing protocols, SD-WAN, and infrastructure security to design, implement, and optimize resilient network solutions. The SIE ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of network systems by maintaining LAN/WAN environments, supporting VOIP systems, and collaborating with cybersecurity personnel to enforce security standards. This position proactively monitors, troubleshoots, and resolves complex network and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance across critical systems, including hybrid cloud environments. The SIE exemplifies and champions CBC Core Values and Code of Conduct and adheres to CBC policies and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). To support ongoing development and organizational goals, the SIE is required to attend meetings and training sessions, as assigned. This position participates in the shared on-call rotation with the IS Technical Services team. Exempt employees are expected to maintain availability beyond standard business hours when business needs arise.
