The responsibilities include but are not limited to the preparation and tracking of work plans, administration of the performance management process, coaching and development of the group. The Team Leader-Applications will also have development or support responsibility for the Information Systems supported by the group. Responsible for integration of the work and systems supported by their group with work done by other groups on the same system or on other systems., The ERP Applications team is responsible for support and administration of the SAP landscape and related systems. This is a complex environment supporting a diverse set of business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Payroll and Plant Maintenance.
