## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
 * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or other related business fields
 * Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus
 * Experience with Scribe a plus
 * SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
 * Experience with Field Service

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients.
 * Relevant, hands-on work-related experience working in a team environment.
 * Desire to learn and grow.
 * Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlin, RSM does not intend to hire entry level candidates who will require sponsorship now OR in the future (i.e. F-1 visa holders). If you are a recent U.S. college / university graduate possessing 1-2 years of progressive and relevant work experience in a same or similar role to the one for which you are applying, excluding internships, you may be eligible for hire as an experienced associate.

## Description

* Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
 * Create design documentation
 * Take an active role in the development of the D365 CE system
 * Work well with team members, clients, and other vendors
 * Be the 'Go To' resource for client interactions
 * Participate in the Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep Iterative Methodologies
