Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing excellent rehabilitation services at our facilities and for our home-based patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, the Physical Therapist will be responsible for implementing patient-specific treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, alleviating pain, and managing overall functional abilities post-injury or illness. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in the latest physical therapy techniques to promote patient health and wellness., * Evaluate patient conditions based on clinical data and diagnostics

 * Formulate individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
 * Conduct physical therapy sessions to improve patient mobility, decrease pain, and prevent disability
 * Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
 * Provide advice and education to patients and their families on managing conditions and improving lifestyles
