## Description

* Lead the design, implementation, support, and modernization of enterprise identity infrastructure across Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Microsoft Entra ID, and Virtual Directory Services (VDS).
 * Provide engineering leadership for authentication, federation, and identity synchronization platforms.
 * Architect and support RadiantOne Virtual Directory Server solutions, enabling directory virtualization, identity data aggregation, LDAP federation, and enterprise application integration across on?premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
 * Drive platform stability, security, operational excellence, and modernization initiatives.
 * Support complex integrations, disaster recovery preparedness, audit requirements, and enterprise identity services.
 * Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and regulatory standards while enabling scalability and resilience.
 * Collaborate strategically with stakeholders to align identity services with business and technology objectives.
