This is a hands-on, site-based IT role supporting both traditional business technology and technology used throughout manufacturing operations. Responsibilities: Technical Support & Troubleshooting: * Provide Tier II technical support for PCs, Windows environments, Microsoft 365, printers, RF devices, handheld equipment, labeling systems, and related hardware. * Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, operating system, application, and connectivity issues. * Perform root cause analysis on recurring problems and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime. * Maintain accurate service tickets, technical documentation, change records, and knowledge-base materials. * Support users across both office and manufacturing environments. Infrastructure & Systems Administration: * Support Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, permissions, and basic Group Policy administration. * Work with SCCM / endpoint management tools for software deployments, device management, and system updates. * Perform Windows imaging, workstation deployments, hardware replacements, and user profile migrations. * Support print services, network-connected equipment, and manufacturing-floor devices. * Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN and wireless connectivity issues and coordinate more complex escalations with infrastructure teams. * Assist with backup verification, system recovery, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure health checks.
