## Description

* Provide comprehensive technical support for computer hardware, operating systems (Windows & macOS), and software applications including Microsoft O365.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer networking such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and network administration tools like Meraki and SonicWall.
 * Support mobile devices and peripherals by diagnosing hardware problems and configuring device settings to ensure seamless connectivity.
 * Conduct desktop support tasks such as installing updates, configuring user accounts via Active Directory, and managing computer management tools like SCCM.
 * Document all support activities thoroughly in ticketing systems such as Autotask or NiajaRMM; communicate clearly with end-users to ensure understanding of resolutions.
