The role leads the evolution of enterprise platforms such as Argus and Strategy Stream, ensuring leaders have a trusted, integrated view of security strategy execution, product lifecycle management, spend optimization, rationalization efforts, and organizational performance. The director partners across InfoSec to identify, ingest, and visualize critical data assets, establish governance and measurement standards, and deliver scalable solutions that improve transparency, accountability, and strategic decision-making. About the team: The Strategy, Data & Analytics team enables data-driven decision making across Information Security by developing outcome-driven metrics, centralized analytics, executive reporting, and strategic insights. The team owns and evolves key decision-support platforms, while building dashboards, data catalogs, and governance processes that improve transparency, accountability, and organizational performance. By connecting strategy, metrics, investments, product lifecycle management, and business outcomes, the team provides leaders with a trusted, integrated view of the information needed to make informed decisions and drive security objectives forward. What you'll do: Lead a high-performing Strategy, Data & Analytics team responsible for delivering the data, platforms, metrics, and insights that enable informed decision-making across Information Security.
